When the Hamilton Beach Electric Indoor Searing Grill reaches 450° F, the green indicator light will glow. When you want use a lower grilling temperature or grill small pieces of food, the Hamilton Beach Electric Indoor Searing Grill has adjustable temperature control and a special grilling section on the right for small foods. The removable grilling plate, extra-large drip tray and removable cover all go in the dishwasher for easy cleanup.
